About the role

Getty seeks a Tax Manager to oversee all tax matters for a complex nonprofit, reporting to the Controller. You will manage tax filings, provisions, audits, and multi-state compliance, supporting the endowment and private equity investments. A 2-person team will report to you, with potential hybrid work after 3–6 months. You will guide tax governance, work with finance leadership, and advise across the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality and strong integrity.
