About the role
Are you an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in ERP implementations, financial reporting, and accounting operations? We are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in the integration of the Alastin business into the Oracle ERP environment while supporting critical U.S. accounting and reporting activities.
What You'll Do Lead financial master data cleansing, validation, and mapping activities for Oracle ERP integration
Support Oracle reporting design, UAT testing, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization
Manage inventory and cost accounting processes, including inventory standard costs and sub-ledger reviews
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
Ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and corporate accounting policies
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders
Participate in ERP enhancements, integration projects, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
ERP implementation, system conversion, acquisition integration, or master data governance experience
Strong understanding of IFRS and U.S. GAAP
Oracle and/or NetSuite ERP experience
Advanced Excel skills
Inventory accounting and financial reporting experience
Public company, multinational, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or similarly complex environment experience preferred
CPA, Master's Degree, and/or Big 4 experience highly preferred
