About the role

Colonial Group is seeking a Security Supervisor I to oversee the Security Division during assigned shifts in Laguna Woods, CA. Under general direction, you will supervise Security personnel, coordinate field searches, respond to incidents, and enforce regulations to maintain resident safety. You will work rotating day, swing and graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays, and mentor staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback while maintaining excellent community relations.
