About the role
Driving the expansion and sustainability of strategic payor relationships, the full-time Senior Payor Strategy Specialist will formulate and execute payor strategies, negotiate contracts, and nurture account relationships in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Formulate and execute comprehensive payor strategies and business plans to achieve departmental sales goals
Initiate, negotiate, and execute complex payout contracts while ensuring alignment with Bicycle Health's interests
Establish and nurture relationships with regional and strategic accounts to enhance value and revenue opportunities
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of business development experience in the payor sector, with value-based care experience as a plus
Existing relationships with Regional Payors and experience selling value-based products/services
Prior experience working with Revenue Cycle Management teams and contract implementation
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with CRM systems
