Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support customer relationships, account activities, and business development opportunities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding customer needs, and developing strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.
Support customer account and follow-up activities.
Assist with customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activities.
Assist with promotional and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
