About the role

Slate is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead strategic oversight of all corporate office facilities, including the HQ in Troy, MI and satellite offices nationwide. The role ensures safety, compliance, and a professional environment that reflects the Slate brand. You will direct daily operations, manage building systems, lead a facilities team, oversee capital projects, negotiate vendor contracts, and partner with HR and Finance on headcount, space planning, and cost efficiency.
