A top growing Proprietary trading shop in the Greater Chicago area is looking to bring on a few new traders to join their Futures Trading Desk. This shop is 5 years old and continues to grow and hit revenue highs. This group is comprised of top engineers and traders coming out of all of the top institutions. They give their people opportunity, pay them competitively, offer true transparency, and built an incredibly healthy work culture.
Requirements:
They are hiring junior, senior, and trading desk heads. They are looking to hire hungry junior futures traders OR senior traders with proven track record or strategy
Interview Process:
1) Introduction Chat (30 min)2) Final Onsite (Meet the team - Founders, Traders, Dir of Risk)3)
Offer Conversation Location: Chicago SUBURBS (5 days a week onsite - all trading is onsite)
