Senior Electrical Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Centers $180,000 – $250,000 + Exceptional Travel Package Temple, TX Base | Nationwide Projects Preston Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Senior Electrical Project Managerto lead major Mission Critical and Data Center electrical construction projectsacross the United States. This is not a conventional local PM position. We are looking for someone comfortable taking ownership of major electrical projects and travelling to wherever the next critical project requires them.
Compensation: $1,800/month travel allowance$500–$800/month vehicle allowance

The Role: You will take senior responsibility for large Mission Critical electrical projects, including:
  • Full project lifecycle managementProject planning and scheduling
  • Budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Procurement and subcontractor management
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • Change-order managementProject risk identification and resolution
  • Field and project team leadership
  • Safety, quality and schedule performance
  • Billing, closeout and final documentation
  • Mentoring junior project management personnel
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of electrical project management experience
  • Major commercial, industrial or Mission Critical construction background
  • Data Center project experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent financial and commercial project management skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction and NEC requirements
  • Procore / Microsoft Project experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Comfortable spending extended periods assigned to project locations nationwide
