Editing high-volume UGC-style and direct-response video ads for paid social platforms, the full-time remote Video Editor for DTC Brands will produce polished content from raw footage, manage multiple projects efficiently, and adapt to various brand voices while responding quickly to feedback.
Key responsibilities
Editing UGC and direct-response video ads with a focus on pacing, hooks, and platform-specific requirements
Collaborating with creative strategists to interpret briefs and submit timely first cuts while managing revision feedback effectively
Staying updated on UGC trends and assisting in repurposing high-performing content into new formats
Required qualifications
Strong portfolio showcasing edited video ads designed for performance
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut with the ability to work quickly
Understanding of paid social video mechanics, including hook structure and CTA placement
Ability to handle multiple concurrent edits and meet deadlines consistently
Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to improving content performance through revisions
