This role oversees daily office operations, including organizing administrative workflows, managing office supplies and equipment, and coordinating facility needs to ensure a well-functioning work environment. The Office Manager responds to inquiries, supports internal and external customers, and acts as a central point of contact for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining records and reports, supporting project and leadership teams with administrative tasks, and helping implement office policies and procedures. The role also involves partnering with finance or HR teams on basic documentation, assisting with onboarding logistics, and continuously improving office processes to support efficient, professional operations.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with team members, clients, and vendors.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, document management, and workflow coordination.Experience with Office Equipment, such as printers, copiers, scanners, and conference room technology, and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.Customer Service skills to support staff and visitors, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain a welcoming office environment.Competence with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic data entry or reporting.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Ability to work on-site full time in Fort Worth, TX and collaborate effectively with construction project teams.Previous experience in office management, administrative coordination, or a related role; experience in construction or a project-based environment is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or a degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
