About the role

All's Well Healthcare offers a paid 3-month Direct Service Professional (DSP) Intern shadow training program in partnership with the State of California's DDS. Participants shadow experienced staff and may be offered a permanent position if there is a mutual fit, sometimes as early as week three, mimicking a working interview.
