About the Role:
The Company is seeking an RVP for PBM Enterprise Sales to join their dynamic commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly selling the company's innovative pharmacy benefit management solution to self-funded employers, third-party administrators, brokers, consultants, and coalitions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a disciplined approach, capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and driving the growth of the business. The RVP will be expected to call on the specified market segment, collaborate with commercial leadership to execute a direct-to-prospect strategy, and work closely with internal departments to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a well-documented sales process and using data to track and report sales activity. Applicants for the RVP position should have a minimum of 5 years' direct PBM sales experience, with a strong preference for those who have sold to self-funded employers, TPAs, brokers, or consultants. A proven track record in PBM sales, including upsells, and a deep understanding of PBM economic models and deal structures are essential. The role requires a candidate with excellent business acumen, the ability to manage complex deals, and a current knowledge of PBM competitors. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining relationships, and be willing to travel as needed. Extra credit will be given for a PharmD or RPh background, and experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Hiring Manager TitleVP, Head of PBM Enterprise FunctionsSales/Revenue
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
