Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking an Offshore Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction to supervise and guide assigned teams, ensuring safe, timely, and effective execution in line with contract specs and EHS/QA systems. You will lead planning, ensure documentation, permits, and RAMS, and drive Lean workflows while maintaining Zero Harm culture. This role requires extensive offshore/onshore site work, global travel, and an electrical background.
