Primary Staffing is hiring Production Associates & Mixers to join the team at El Milagro, a leading tortilla manufacturer. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities: Assist with food production, mixing, and packaging operations. Prepare and mix ingredients according to production standards and recipes. Package finished products while maintaining quality standards. Rotate between production tasks as needed. Keep the work area clean and sanitized using proper cleaning equipment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Support the production team in meeting daily production goals.
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift. Experience in food manufacturing or industrial kitchens is preferred. Reliable transportation. Spanish fluency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
