Help Families Turn Vacation Dreams Into Organized Travel Plans
We are seeking detail-oriented Theme Park Vacation Planners to assist individuals and families with researching and coordinating theme park vacations and related travel arrangements.
Theme park vacations can involve many moving pieces. You'll help clients organize their options and navigate the planning process based on their family's interests, preferences, and budget.
What You'll Do:
Consult with clients about their vacation goals and family travel needs
Research theme park destinations, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages
Compare available accommodations and travel options
Assist clients with understanding available vacation components
Coordinate eligible travel reservations
Prepare organized itineraries and reservation information
Communicate relevant deadlines and supplier policies
Assist with related transportation, accommodations, or other travel arrangements when requested
Provide professional support before and after travel
Continue developing knowledge of family and theme park travel
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to learn travel-related technology
Patient and customer-service-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interest in theme parks, family travel, tourism, or hospitality
Previous travel or theme park planning experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing professional development are available.
