About the role
HVAC Service Repair Technician – St. Pete, FLWork year round! This company has not had a layoff in 7 years! Great temp-hire opportunity with a busy and established HVAC company. This employer values the customer, operates with integrity and transparency, all in an effort to secure trust and repeat business. We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Repair Technician to diagnose and repair residential (90%) and commercial (10%) heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and systems. Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in HVAC Service Repair. The ability to work independently with confidence. EPA Certification preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to use company truck. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after the candidate is hired! Base pay + opportunity for commission/bonuses
