About the role

Sewing Assembly Associate Do you have sewing experience and enjoy working with your hands? We're looking for a Sewing Assembly Associate to join a manufacturing team producing industrial filtration products. Your sewing experience can come from many backgrounds! Industrial sewing experience is a plus, but we also encourage tailors, seamstresses, upholsterers, and experienced sewing hobbyists to apply.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate an industrial sewing machine
  • Sew and assemble filter components according to specifications
  • Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
  • Sewing experience preferred; 1 year is a plus
  • Industrial sewing experience is helpful but not required
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Basic math skills
  • Reliable and willing to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for the full shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
