About the role
Sales Compensation ProjectHigh visibility project to ensure compensation payments are being made accurately to our sales reps. Need a lot of reworking through ETL process, then Power BI reporting. Need a senior business analyst to help drive solutioning, work with ETL team, work with PO's to assess requirements, be great with SQL for own queries, exposure to data analytics and ETL background, be strong liaison between PO and technical teams. Tech stack: Power BI, SSIS, ETL/data warehouse (Snowflake) for designing new data model. Duration: 1 yr with potential for extension. Start ASAP in Dec. Location: Local strongly preferred to come onsite for workshops, facilitate discussions. Interview process: First step=technical round to assess functional skillset then final round with HM for cultural fit.
