Production Manager

What You'll Do: Use your established technical skills to provide technical oversight of precision die-cutting processes and production activities Manage shift supervisors, team leads and machine operators Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high productivity and labor efficiency Partner with Quality to identify and resolve product quality concerns Work closely with Maintenance to ensure production equipment reliability and uptime Implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction Champion a safety-first culture throughout the facility

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role 3+ years of experience managing die cutting, converting or similar production operationsA mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in the technical side of the operation. This is a hands-on role that will require time on the production floor and frequent collaboration with Maintenance, Quality and Production. Candidates who expect to manage from a desk should not apply.
