ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in insurance claims, where I developed a passion for helping people through difficult situations. I'm originally from Kentucky and previously served as a county commissioner. Community involvement has always been an important part of both my personal and professional life. Our agency stays actively involved through the local Chamber of Commerce, Main Street organizations, and other community events. We enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact in the communities we serve. We offer a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, built-in rewards and promotions, Casual Fridays, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in recognizing hard work while creating an enjoyable and rewarding workplace. Our culture is family-oriented, supportive, and collaborative. I'm looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and able to work independently while also contributing to the success of the team. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
