What You'll Do: Assemble high-quality trolling motors from sub-assemblies to main builds Test final products to ensure top-tier performance Build and test remotes & foot buttons for seamless operation Use pneumatic tools and other industry-standard equipment Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized? Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements: Work Schedule & Environment: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (One-hour lunch break) Work Setting: Warehouse/production environment with moderate to loud noise levels (forklifts, tools, etc.)
