About the role

ERP Project Manager (Acumatica) A growing consulting firm is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of cloud ERP solutions, with a focus on Acumatica. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where you’ll have real ownership and impact across multiple projects.
What You’ll Do: Own full lifecycle project delivery for ERP implementations — from kickoff through go-live and transition to support Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and escalations Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and resource schedules across cross-functional teams Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to define clear, actionable project scope Monitor project health across timeline, budget, and scope — proactively identifying and mitigating risks Coordinate internal teams across consulting, configuration, development, data migration, and training Drive go-live readiness including UAT, training coordination, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization Maintain thorough project documentation (status reports, risk logs, change requests, etc.)Contribute to improving internal delivery processes as the practice scales
What We’re Looking For
Required: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within ERP or enterprise software delivery Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where needed Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders
Nice to Have: Experience with cloud ERP platforms (e.g., Acumatica, Net Suite, Dynamics 365)Background in accounting, finance, or working closely with finance teams Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Rocketlane, Asana, Monday.com)PMP or similar certification Previous experience in a consulting or VAR environment Why Join?
