About the role: Connect Social is a performance marketing agency helping ambitious brands grow across paid media, email/SMS, CRO, creative, influencer, and social. We're hiring a top-tier copywriter to own long-form and web content for Connect Social — blog posts, guides, site pages, and internal content links across the site. Human-written only. No AI writing tools. What you'll own- A steady cadence of high-quality blog posts and articles for digital marketers and brand operators- Clear, useful web copy across key site pages and supporting content hubs- Industry-facing content that explains how modern performance marketing actually works (paid, retention, creative, CRO, social)- Tight CTAs, headlines, and internal linking so readers can move through the site naturally- Collaboration with the team on topics, angles, and proof points You bring- A portfolio of blog and/or website copy you wrote yourself- Real fluency in digital marketing (not pure brand/literary only)- Strong English, operator tone: direct, credible, zero fluff- A hard line against AI-written drafts for this role Hard requirements 1. No AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, etc.) for any work in this role 2. Portfolio with blog and/or web samples you personally wrote 3. Digital marketing / growth marketing writing experience 4. Based in the United States; fluent English
Nice to have: ecom/DTC agency or in-house growth experience; SEO that serves readers, not keyword stuffing.
