Foundation Repair / Chemical Grout Foreman

Responsibilities include: Lead and work alongside a field crew performing polyurethane chemical grout injection Perform deep injection for soil stabilization and soil improvement Perform void filling, slab stabilization, and concrete lifting applications Set up, operate, clean, and maintain chemical grout pumps, injection equipment, hoses, guns, and related tools Monitor material usage, injection response, and changing site conditions throughout each project Troubleshoot equipment and application issues in the field Read and follow project scopes, engineering plans, and installation requirements Direct crew members and maintain an efficient, organized, and safe jobsite Track material quantities and accurately document work performed Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, engineers, and other project representatives Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Camrock’s quality standards

Qualifications: Previous hands-on experience with polyurethane chemical grouting, polyurethane injection, soil stabilization, slab lifting, void filling, pressure grouting, or a closely related application Foreman or crew-lead experience strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment in the field Ability to lead a crew while remaining actively involved in the work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing field conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, drilling, and digging Willing and able to work outdoors in Florida weather Willing to work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check Experience with foundation underpinning systems such as push piers or helical piles is a plus, but our primary need for this position is experience with chemical grout/polyurethane injection. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
