The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and growing the company's presence in a specific Bay Area market, with a focus on developing strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key decision-makers. This role requires driving business development efforts through strategic outreach, high-volume prospecting, lead generation, and networking. The Senior Director will also be tasked with identifying and expanding business opportunities, building and leading a team of recruiters and business development professionals, and managing client relationships with a consultative approach to long-term partnership. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' of professional experience in business development and sales, preferably within the staffing industry. A background in accounting and finance is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting relationships, and a sense of urgency in prioritizing responsibilities. Responsibilities also include partnering with internal teams to align client priorities, project pipeline, candidate delivery, and market activity, as well as negotiating client agreements and ensuring the completion of required documentation.
