About the role

Customer Service Specialist Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Tempe, AZ What's the Job? Participate in or support low complexity initiatives within Customer Service. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables. Receive guidance from supervisors while exercising judgment within defined parameters. Provide accurate information to client personnel in Customer Service. Develop understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. What's Needed? Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer support tools. Availability to work in-office in Tempe, AZ, with a schedule of three days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and WFH on Monday and Friday. What's in it for me?
