Join a collaborative Integrated Behavioral Health Program focused on delivering comprehensive pediatric behavioral healthcare within a multidisciplinary outpatient environment. Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only practice setting Participate in a comprehensive Integrated Behavioral Health Program Collaborative, team-based care model Strong institutional support for work-life balance and professional growth Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and manage common pediatric psychiatric conditions Collaborate closely with pediatric primary care providers on integrated treatment plans Contribute to development of: Care pathways Treatment protocols Best-practice psychiatric workflows Assist pediatricians with: Psychiatric diagnosis education Appropriate psychotropic medication utilization Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination to support treatment goals Support integrated behavioral health initiatives across the pediatric care continuum Integrated Care Team Includes Behavioral Health Consultants: Psychologists LISWs Psychotherapists Dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Providers Collaborative interdisciplinary support staff Practice Environment Highly collaborative outpatient behavioral health model Supportive administrative leadership Strong emphasis on integrated, patient-centered pediatric mental healthcare Opportunities for leadership, innovation, and program development
