redShift Recruiting is currently seeking multiple Assemblers for a company in Malta, NY. Official Job Title: Assemblers Hourly Pay Rate/Salary: $19/hr Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM Work Location: Malta NY Responsibilities of the Assembler will include: Assemble LED fixtures in accordance with current manufacturing practicesPlan and coordinate work to meet production and schedule requirementsMaintain clean and organized production equipment and work areasInspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specificationsInterpret and build from work instructions and engineering drawingsWork on both team and individual tasksMaintain inventory of certain job materialsIdentify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change Qualifications of the Assembler:6 months or more experience working in a manufacturing or production role preferred Electrical / electronic experience is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong hands on and mechanical aptitudePositive, team oriented attitudeExperience working in an ISO or Quality Management System is a plus redShift Recruiting is the region's premier recruiting agency with over 100 years of combined experience in the recruiting field.
