PBS is a dedicated ABA provider focused on helping children with autism thrive at home, school, and in the community. As a Behavior Assistant (BA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT and explore Student Analyst roles for future BCBA aspirations. Roles are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. PBS offers flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a pathway for career growth.
