About the Role:
LLM Painting Corp is looking for a skilled Handyman to join our growing team in Miami, FL! This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in construction environments and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. If you love working with your hands and have experience in blocks, plaster, and sanding, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform general handyman and construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites Install, repair, and finish concrete block and masonry work Apply and smooth plaster on walls, ceilings, and surfaces to a professional finish Sand surfaces in preparation for painting, coating, or finishing Inspect work areas and identify repair or prep needs before and after project completion Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Collaborate with painting crews and project leads to meet deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
Prior experience in handyman work, construction, or a related trade Hands-on experience with concrete block, masonry, or structural construction Proficiency in plastering and surface preparation techniques Skilled in sanding, smoothing, and finishing surfaces for paint-ready results Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors and in various physical conditions in the Miami area
