About the role
Remote Talent Scout — Tik Tok LIVE Creators (Commission Only)LIFE, HEALTH & STRENGTH CREATOR NETWORK · Full-time · Remote (United States)
About us:
LIFE, HEALTH & STRENGTH CREATOR NETWORK connects creators, health and wellness professionals, and community members to build programs and initiatives that support personal development and healthier lifestyles. Through our Tik Tok LIVE agency, we help creators grow their presence and earn income by going live on Tik Tok.
About the role:
We're looking for a Talent Scout to recruit new creators to join our Tik Tok LIVE agency. You'll identify and engage prospective talent through social media outreach, referrals, online platforms, and community events, then screen candidates for fit and interest in going live on Tik Tok. You'll guide recruits through onboarding, explain how the agency supports creators, and maintain an active pipeline of prospective talent. You'll work closely with the agency team to track recruit progress, provide timely follow-up, and represent the network's values in every interaction. Compensation This is a commission-only position.
What you'll need:
Basic customer service experience, with a friendly, professional approach to interacting with prospective creators. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and generate interest in the opportunity. Familiarity with Tik Tok and social media platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow-ups. Comfort using recruiting/outreach tools, online platforms, and basic office software for tracking; training provided.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
