Job Full Description: Extrusion Operator
Location:
Little Rock, Arkansas Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Extrusion Operator will operate and monitor extrusion equipment, maintain product quality, and follow all safety and production procedures.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery. Set up and adjust equipment as needed. Inspect products for quality and consistency. Monitor temperatures, speeds, and production settings. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow company safety and production procedures. Complete production paperwork and communicate problems to supervisors. Work effectively with coworkers and production team members.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Good attention to detail. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
