Assignment Length:
2 months Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Location: Grand Rapids Title: Recruiter Working Arrangement: In office Reason for the opening: Hiring project Responsibilities for Interview Scheduler:
- Conduct high-volume candidate prescreening calls using a standard question template.
- Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the Online Casino Dealer role.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and screening results.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
- Generate excitement and interest in the position during calls.
- Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to organize and track candidate data.
- Assist with general recruitment administration as needed. Qualifications for Interview Scheduler:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- High energy, positive mindset, and professional phone presence.
