Responsibilities: Technical Operations & Assembly Perform assigned assembly, test, repair, and technical operations tasks. Utilize hand tools proficiently, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and specialized service equipment. Inspect work area to ensure necessary tools, consumables, fixtures, and parts are available, promptly reporting missing materials to leadership. Execute additional technical duties as assigned by leadership or supervisors. Workstation & Safety Management Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering strictly to 5S methodology standards. Perform all duties safely and proactively notify team leaders of any unsafe conditions or hazards. Attend all mandatory safety meetings and technical training sessions.
Requirements: 1. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing and product assembly. 2. Core Skills Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Practical knowledge and skill with basic hand assembly and mechanical tools. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry 3050 lbs regularly. Environment: Controlled environment manufacturing facility.
Specialized Setting: Class 10K (ISO 7) Cleanroom operating conditions. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $30.00
