The Game Plan (Responsibilities): Execute the Play: Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs with precision, from oil changes to engine diagnostics.
Review the Tape: Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and provide clear recommendations for the "coaching staff" (service advisors) and customers.
Maintain the Field: Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure peak performance.
Championship Standards: Ensure all work meets Mitsubishi factory standards and our own high bar for quality
