About the role
Head Of Marketing Growth Analytics We are building the next generation of our marketing analytics capability - bringing together data and measurement to better inform how decisions are made. As the Head of Marketing Growth Analytics, you will redefine how marketing performance is measured and understood across the enterprise, ensuring it drives clear business impact. This role will evolve how performance is evaluated across marketing by creating more consistent, actionable views that support investment, prioritization, and growth decisions. And as marketing analytics continues to evolve, you will increasingly leverage AI-driven insights, natural language interaction, and advanced analytics to better understand performance and accelerate decision-making. You will lead a team of analytics leaders and be accountable for building and scaling the capability across the enterprise - connecting insights to action and improving how decisions are made. You will also play a key role in advancing a more unified measurement approach through Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, enabling a more connected view of performance across channels and touchpoints. Location: Hybrid - New York, NY office Responsibilities:Shape Performance Evolve how marketing is measured across the organization by rethinking processes, frameworks, and reports to create a more scalable and actionable view of performance. Establish measurement standards, operating principles, decision frameworks that create consistency. Advance a more unified measurement approach through Adobe CJA, creating a more complete view of our performance while guiding the transition to new ways of working. Bring strong judgment to how analytics is applied, determining when deeper analysis is needed and when simpler approaches are sufficient. Connect paid, owned, and earned channel performance to clarify what is working, where to optimize, and how to scale impact. Establish new ways to measure the success of AI-driven Decisions Apply experimentation and incrementality approaches across integrated, full-funnel campaigns to better understand cause and effect and continuously improve performance. Partner with senior marketing and business leaders across the enterprise to guide prioritization, tradeoffs, and investment decisions. Translate performance into clear narratives and recommendations that highlight opportunities and support decision-making. Identify performance drivers, emerging trends, and areas of opportunity to inform ongoing the shift toward more scalable, repeatable ways of delivering analytics that improve speed, consistency, and impact. Lead the function Lead and develop a high-performing team of analytics leaders, coaching them on modern approaches while remaining hands-on and willing to dive into the details. Build team capability in prompt design and contextual intelligence to enable natural language insight generation from dashboards and more effective use of AI-driven querying. Partner with data, technology, and marketing teams to ensure underlying data, tools, and processes support reliable, scalable analytics. Oversee vendors to ensure alignment with delivery against roadmap, budget, and quality the marketing analytics operating model, ensuring work is prioritized effectively, capacity is aligned to business needs, and stakeholders have clear visibility into what is being delivered and why. Establish clear ways of working that improve consistency, simplify execution, and allow the function to scale. Qualifications:15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consulting, or performance marketing roles; with a track record of building capabilities and driving measurable business impact, not just producing reports Experience within financial services, insurance, or similarly complex, regulated industries where marketing must demonstrate clear business value across long and multi-touch customer journeys Proven experience building and leading enterprise-level measurement and analytics capabilities, including leadership of managers and high-performing teams across multiple disciplines Deep expertise in marketing analytics across complex, multi-channel environments, including experience with experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and full-funnel analytics approaches Experience modernizing analytics and measurement capabilities through new tools, technologies, and cross-functional data partnerships, including familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or comparable platforms Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and influence decision-making across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization and build trusted partnerships across marketing, data, digital, and technology teams
