- Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their experience with AIRServe as a key point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and community needs
- Listen to resident concerns, identify solutions, and follow through to help create positive outcomes
- Partner with onsite teams to coordinate resident requests and support day-to-day community operations
- Communicate community updates and important information clearly and professionally
- Support resident retention by creating positive experiences and identifying opportunities to strengthen resident satisfaction
- Assist with community events and initiatives that promote resident engagement
- Maintain accurate resident information and communications using community management systems
- Adhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, and AIR policies

- A strong communicator who can navigate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

- What You Have 1+ year of customer service experiencein a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, food service, or a related industry
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skillswith the ability to address resident needs professionally and effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable using technology and learning systems used to manage resident information and communications
- Flexible schedulewith availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed based on community and seasonal needs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
