The Senior Casino Services Center Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience at our casino. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Experience with casino management systems and software.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
