About the role
Brink's is seeking a Branch Manager I in Minneapolis to lead field operations across route and cash logistics, finance, HR, safety and security, reporting to the General Manager/Regional VP. You will guide Team Leaders, drive performance, and push continuous improvement to meet market goals.
The role requires 5+ years in operations within banking/money processing or logistics, a firearms permit or ability to obtain one, and a clean DOT/DMV record, along with a 21+ age minimum.
