- 5+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook ads experience
- Strong understanding of direct response e-commerce advertising
- Experience working with medium-to-high spend accounts preferred
- Familiarity with:
- Advantage+ABO/CBO structures
- Pixel/event tracking
- Attribution models
- Creative testing frameworks
- Retargeting strategies
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
- Ability to spot performance issues quickly and think critically about solutions
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who genuinely enjoys performance marketing
