About the role

LTK is seeking an Associate Counsel to support IP and advertising law across its global footprint. You will manage trademark and copyright portfolios, DMCA programs, and compliance across US and international markets. The role involves directing outside counsel, developing scalable processes, and collaborating with product, privacy, and regulatory teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IP and advertising law, strong communication, and the ability to work across jurisdictions.
