About the role

GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Fresno, CA to maintain apartment communities by handling service requests, preparing vacant units, and keeping grounds clean and welcoming. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic repair work, and a valid driver’s license. Monday–Friday schedule with on-call duties. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more are provided.
