About the role

Our client is a luxury hotel in Washington DC. They are seeking a motivated hospitality professional to join the team as an Assistant Hotel Manager. Job Details Act as an overall hospitality and customer service resource Assist guests with check-in and check-out Problem-solve guest issues and ensure satisfaction Manage reservations and administrative tasks Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room inventory is maintained to the highest standard Manage shift schedules and ensure coverage for various positions Prepare financial reports and manage cash Oversee inventory and equipment statuses and place economical orders Handle responsibilities related to the hotel restaurant
Salary Range: $65-70k annually, based on experience
