Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for a Treasury Analyst. The Treasury Analyst will monitor daily cash positions, reconcile bank accounts, and support cash management activities across the organization. Responsibilities include preparing and updating cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances, and ensuring timely movement of funds between accounts and facilities. The role will assist with maintaining treasury records, supporting banking relationships, and preparing routine treasury and finance reports for management. The Treasury Analyst will collaborate with finance and accounting team members to help optimize liquidity, support compliance with internal controls, and improve treasury processes.
Qualifications: Strong treasury management and cash management skills, with experience handling bank accounts and daily cash positioning. Solid finance and cash flow forecasting skills to support short- and medium-term liquidity planning. Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or risks. Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP or treasury systems) and strong attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently. Relevant experience in healthcare or multi-entity environments is a plus. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
