About the role

Advising new and continuing students on educational funding options, the full-time Financial Services Representative will assist with the application process, maintain knowledge of relevant policies, and ensure accurate student account management in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Advise students on financial payment options and assist with the application process and document collection Communicate with students to address inquiries regarding educational funding and monitor payment plans Collaborate with internal departments to resolve student inquiries and ensure account accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through experience required 1 year of relevant work experience required Knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Policies governing Title IV student aid programs Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience in customer service roles, preferably in educational settings or finance
