About the role
- Support the Operations Manager and investment team with daily administrative needs
- Create, maintain, and update client files and records in our CRM, systems, and office files, consistent with firm policies
- Prepare and submit account paperwork for new and existing clients, including internal firm forms (Investment Management Agreement, etc.) for new clients, and custodian paperwork for all accounts; track status and communicate updates to the advisor and client
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred — new grads considered with a business-related degree and/or relevant internship/work experience 1-2 years of experience with an RIA, financial planner, broker-dealer, or bank preferred
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, advisors, custodians, and team members
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Quick learner who exhibits high standards and strives for excellence
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
