About the role
- Responsible for stacking, wrapping and delivering completed molded skids, ensuring the boxes are placed on the skid as per the packing specifications
- Tightly wrap the skid so that the boxes are properly secured
- Create Pallet ID for all skids of products produced
- Perform Molding and IML production MP transaction scanning
- Deliver the wrapped skid to the warehouse for storage using an electrical pallet jack
- Assist in transporting products for QC to and from the Warehouse
- Responsible to keeping records of pallet ID created during MP transaction for tracking purposes
- During the shift, the Material Handler must replenish all packing supplies at the scheduled machines by following IPS at the machine and sign off line clearance sheet
- Replenish empty skids on the production floor
- Remove broken or damaged skids to the warehouse
- Replenish the tape machine when it is empty
- Keep records of corrugates, liner bags and U boards brought to production floor for traceability
- Responsible for Line Clearance during product change
- Must be able to perform the Physical Activity Demands listed below
- Core Competencies for this Position:
- Must have the ability to lift more than 20 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time
- The Material Handler position includes reaching above and below shoulder height, kneeling, bending, and repetitive movements such as gripping, grasping, pushing and pulling
