Role Description:
As a Technical Professional Services Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of our enterprise SaaS platform for new clients, ensuring technical accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and on-time. delivery. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Successteams, while directly engaging with senior-level client stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers: requirementsgathering, technical planning, execution, UAT, and go-live Serve as the technical liaison between the client and internal teams for integrations, configurations, and deployment needs Coordinate and track tasks using Jira, ensuring development and support dependenciesare managed Deliver post-launch handoffs to Customer Success and Support, with thoroughdocumentation and KPI handover Collaborate with cross-regional teams (Global) and ensure alignment across global timezones
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Management within a SaaS environment Familiarity with channel marketing platforms or digital marketing automation Experience with enterprise software onboarding, customer lifecycle frameworks, andpartner enablement Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, webhooks, and system configurations, HTML& CSSStrong working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, and Tableau (or equivalent tools)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting toC-level stakeholders Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Comfortable working independently in US time zones, and cross-functionally with globalteams What We Offer Remote-first work culture with strong international collaboration Opportunity to work with some of the biggest enterprise tech brands A fast-paced environment with room to innovate and lead Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses
