About the role

Alexander Chapman is partnering with a growing real estate and commercial financing firm looking to expand its business development team nationally. The firm works with clients seeking real estate financing as well as capital for operating businesses. They are looking for motivated individuals who can identify prospective clients, develop relationships and introduce qualified financing opportunities to the team. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity. Prior real estate or financing experience is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients seeking financing Connect with real estate owners, investors, developers and business owners Generate new opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals and existing relationships Understand clients' financing needs and introduce qualified opportunities to the team Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients Maintain relationships that can generate repeat and referral business Work independently to develop new business across the U.S.Ideal candidates will have: Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development Confidence engaging with prospective clients Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Interest in real estate, finance, sales or business development Experience in real estate, commercial lending, financing, financial services or business development is a plus. This is a commission-based position with no fixed base salary. Compensation is tied to clients successfully brought into the business and success fees generated from completed transactions.
Fully Remote: United States The role is national in scope, allowing representatives to develop clients and opportunities across the U.S. Visa sponsorship may be considered depending on individual circumstances.
