About the role
This prominent and fast-growing energy company in Fort Worth has partnered with Unity Search in search of a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager .
This FP&A Manager will play a key role in leading the company’s budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting functions while providing meaningful insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
Key selling points include:
Direct exposure to the CFO, CAO, and executive leadership; the opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function; exposure to both domestic and international energy operations; and a unique combination of strategic finance, hands-on analysis, leadership, and technology/AI-driven process improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with oil & gas industry experience required and upstream/E&P experience strongly preferred . Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting experience is important, along with advanced Excel skills, strong systems aptitude, and prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
